Es eine DER Saxophon Club Hymnen ... und für mich persönlich ein ganz besonderer Song. Er begleitet meine Auftritte seit ich in Clubs zu spielen begann.

In fast jeder Show habe ich ihn gespielt. Tausende Menschen in verschiedenen Ländern haben dazu das Leben gefeiert. Für mich ist es einer DER Songs zum Feiern und eine gute Zeit gemeinsam zu genießen.

Zur Zeit ist das ja nicht möglich. Für das Video habe ich einige Highlights der letzten Jahre zusammengesucht und dabei diese Momente nochmal erlebt. Es wirkt in der aktuellen Situation alles irgendwie unwirklich und weit weg.

Aber genau deshalb habe ich diesen Coversong als Erinnerung und Zeichen gewählt: Gemeinsames Feiern wird wieder zurückkommen, die Lichter werden wieder leuchten!

It's THE saxophone club anthem and for me personal a very special song. It accompanies my performances since the very first gig.

Nearly every show I played it and it always had a very special spot in the setlist. Thousands of people in different countries were celebrating life together during this song. For me it's THE anthem for having a good time enjoying fun times together.

But unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment. For the video I was searching memorable highlights from the past to remember and re-experiencing how the life was before Covid-19. Amazing moments and parties full of joy ... this really seem unbelievable at the moment. Crazy what big fun we had together. Free and without any restrictions ... so in a way also very sad to see this pictures.

BUT, I was choosing this cover as a sign: Disco & club events will rise again, lights will shine again! Brighter than ever! Even if the DESTINATION at the moment seems UNKOWN. We will be back, having fun together and celebrating life!
